LOVE THE SMELL, cleans well. Only downside is it doesnt leave hair moisturized as much as I would like and people with locs dont use conditioner so I need a shampoo that leaves hair with a lot of moisture.

I will never use this again. Probably more ideal for loose naturals. My boyfriend even hates it. lol. Makes hair super curly, doesnt condition well. Strips hair.
I normally skip mineral/petroleum oil based products but just using shea and coconut mixed with scent oils may give you the shine and moisture you want. But as far as the food comparison I thank you! but how's the bitter vs sweetness?
ReplyDeleteOh yes I definitely prefer my shea butter. I got this for my bf and I decided to try it out.He isnt into the natural thing. Both sweet. But then again my taste buds might be off... i like bitter too so I might not be the best judge. lol.
